Raspberry mint and lime flavoured water

We have all been told that we need to drink more water, but sometimes water straight from the tap can be a little boring. And bought flavoured water can often be loaded with unnecessary added sugar, which means unnecessary added calories. This recipe is a super quick and easy way to make staying hydrated extra tasty!


- ½ Cup of frozen raspberries

- 1 lime (cut into slices)


  1. Pick the mint leaves off the stem and add to a jug
  2. Add frozen raspberries and sliced lime
  3. Top with water (or mineral water for a little fizz)


You can make flavoured water with almost any fruit combination, have fun experimenting!
