Seeds of Goodness (makes 18)
200g trail mix 50g almonds
2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and use a Bamix or blender to blend to a fine grain.
- Roll into balls

Low FODMAP Goodie Balls (Makes 25 balls)
2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup ground LSA
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons golden syrup
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir together until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Roll dough into balls and refrigerate for one hour (better if refrigerated overnight)
