Mix and roll energy balls – cherry, almond and coconut

These little bliss balls are delicious!! A perfect option for a snack if your goal is weight loss. Or alternatively if you are just after some general healthy snacks, 2 balls makes the perfect portion size!

INGREDIENTS – makes 14 balls

½ cup quick oats

½ cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup dried cherries or cranberries

2 tblsp chia seeds (white if possible)

2 tblsp maple syrup

4 tblsp almond nut butter

METHOD

  1. Warm up the almond nut butter for easier mixing.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Shape in to 14 balls.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze.
